(Pink Sheets: MDBY - News), a holding company engaged in the acquisition and merger of leisure product manufacturers, Recreational Vehicle manufacturers, boat manufacturers and other related businesses announced today that the company has signed Wolf Auto Group as an Authorized Dealer for Fish-Rite Boats in 3 of the Wolf Auto Group stores throughout Montana, Colorado and Wyoming. Wolf Auto Group is one of the premier automobile dealers throughout the Rocky Mountain and Intermountain states. The company owns and operates 10 automobile stores located throughout Montana, Wyoming and Colorado and has been a successful second generation company that has operated for over 32 years.
Wolf Auto Group has now expanded into the marine and leisure product industry and has been named the Factory Authorized Dealer for Fish-Rite Boats in the Jackson Hole, Bozeman and Denver locations. Fish-Rite Boats is one of the leading, premier manufacturers in the world. The company has a 28-year history and excellent reputation as one of the premier manufacturer's and designers of upscale "heavy duty" cruise and fish boats.
